Job Title: Veeva Vault Regulatory Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the Veeva Vault Regulatory Suite focusing on L1/L2 ticket resolution and system support. The role involves working closely with regulatory affairs teams to ensure smooth functioning of submission registration and archive modules.

Responsibilities:

Provide L1/L2 support for Veeva Vault Regulatory modules (Submissions Archive Registrations).
Troubleshoot system issues user access problems and data inconsistencies.
Collaborate with regulatory users to understand pain points and resolve queries.
Maintain support documentation SOPs and ticket logs.
Assist in minor configuration updates and testing activities.
Escalate unresolved issues to system managers or Veeva support as needed

Required Skills:

Working knowledge of Veeva Vault Regulatory Suite.
Understanding of regulatory workflows and document lifecycle.
Experience in ticketing systems and support processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Familiarity with GxP and compliance standards is a plus.
