Job Summary (List Format):
- Manage and support Audio Visual (AV) and Unified Communications (UC) systems across global offices (NY London Paris Hong Kong)
- Lead AV/UC projects including installation configuration and upgrade of systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video conferencing (Zoom Teams Webex RingCentral) and AV equipment
- Provide high-level technical support to executives and during events
- Evaluate and recommend new AV/UC technologies to improve operations
- Ensure seamless operation and maintenance of Cisco Polycom Crestron and AMX control systems
- Administer and support Active Directory Group Policy and network connectivity (VPN VoIP) for AV/UC systems
- Manage device deployment and security using JAMF Mobile Device Management (MDM) and related tools
- Communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Document processes provide user training and maintain system standards
