Job Summary

Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for numbers and a passion for supply chain excellence As a Program Manager II you will lead innovative initiatives that transform how planning and operations are conducted across the supply chain. Your analytical expertise and collaborative skills will be instrumental in developing new tools and processes working closely with diverse teams and stakeholders to optimize planning for critical commodities. Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the planning team in creating rack/commodity supply plans validate supply responses from suppliers and communicate supply commitments internally.
  • Develop and utilize advanced analytics to understand shortages identify priorities and work with the Sourcing and Operations team to resolve any supply-demand gaps.
  • Work cross-functionally across our supply chain organization to ensure timely and accurate data set-up in our systems.
  • Utilize Oracle to manage planning processes. Collaborate with our Enterprise Products team and data management teams to continually enhance our automation efforts efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Create weekly/Monthly KPIs and create communication for upper management.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain-related roles or other quantitative roles with an understanding of Supply chain.
  • More than 5 years of analytical / data management.
  • More than 3 years proficient in using planning tools and ERP software (Oracle SAP o9 Kinaxis Anaplan or custom build).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across our bro
  • Ability to drive partner data input and rapidly validate/verify accuracy across multiple data sources
  • Ability to rapidly synthesize data and communicate risk areas to the broader business.
  • Create communications across different levels of organization IC to Sr. Management.
Education:
  • Undergrad in Supply Chain/ Business/ Industrial Engineering.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
