Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Sourcing Specialist to work with our client a worldwide designer manufacturer and integrator of precision control components and this role you will partner closely with recruiters to develop strategic sourcing plans and identify top talent through multiple channels. This position offers flexibility with hybrid or remote work options and the opportunity to make an impact in a global talent acquisition organization. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Responsibilities:

Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Utilize online job boards social media platforms and professional networks to identify qualified candidates.
Leverage advanced search techniques and tools to uncover passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.
Engage with potential candidates through email messaging and social media outreach.
Maintain and organize a database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
Track analyze and report on sourcing metrics and effectiveness.
Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement in sourcing processes.
Participate in global talent acquisition community meetings; document and distribute meeting minutes.
Complete ad hoc sourcing and research assignments as directed by the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field or 3 years of equivalent experience.
Prior experience in talent acquisition recruiting or strategic sourcing.
Demonstrated ability to conduct research apply sourcing techniques and engage passive talent.
Strong research and analytical skills; able to gather and interpret data to make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with internal teams.
Proficiency with sourcing tools LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
Organized detail-oriented and proactive in managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a global or technical recruiting environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
