- Deliver exceptional customer service addressing user concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage IT assets including tracking deployment and maintenance documentation.
- Support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- 36 months experience with Windows MacOS iPadOS and Omnissa Horizon.
- 24 months hardware experience (desktops laptops iPads iPhones thin clients printers scanners).
- 24 months of customer service experience in a technical support environment.
- 12 months of asset management experience.
- 12 months experience working with ITSM systems.
