Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to help us better understand the needs of freelancers serving US firms in accounting and taxation. You will conduct interviews capture insights and generate actionable reports to help shape AiAs offerings in accounting and forex services.

Where You Can Create Impact

Conduct structured interviews with freelancers serving US clients.
Capture detailed insights about workflows tools challenges and engagement practices.
Document findings into clear reports for the VP & CEO.
Help shape AI Accountants strategies for targeting and onboarding freelancers.

Requirements for the Role

Must-have Skills:

Strong understanding of accounting principles
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Interpersonal and interviewing skills
Report writing and presentation skills
Research and analytics mindset

Good-to-have Skills:

Experience conducting structured interviews or surveys
Familiarity with freelance workflows in accounting & taxation
