About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Entrepreneur in Residence to source validate and rapidly build new venture opportunities tied to talent recruitment workflows and career enablement. This role is remote (India) highly autonomous and designed for builders who can translate early ideas into revenuegenerating products or investable startups.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end incubation: conduct discovery validate hypotheses design MVPs and launch pilots to test productmarket fit.
- Design and iterate business models define unit economics and set measurable KPIs for early growth.
- Drive customer discovery and market research across target segments to prioritise features and pricing.
- Create investor-ready pitch decks and lead early fundraising or partnership outreach with angels and seed investors.
- Collaborate with designers engineers and product owners to deliver MVPs on rapid timelines and manage handovers for scale.
- Mentor internal teams and founders document learnings and build repeatable playbooks for venture creation.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven founder or early-stage operator with direct experience launching a product or startup to market.
- Demonstrable experience raising seed/pre-seed funding or leading investor outreach.
- Strong analytical capability to build financial models and assess unit economics.
- Experience running customer discovery user interviews and market validation experiments.
- Track record of defining MVPs and partnering with product/engineering to deliver rapid launches.
- Remote-working experience and ability to operate across Indian time zones.
Preferred
- Background in HRTech talent marketplaces recruitment platforms or career services.
- Prior Entrepreneur in Residence incubator or accelerator experience.
- Existing network with VCs angel investors or strategic partners in India.
