We are seeking a skilled and reliable Field Service Technician to perform field visits troubleshoot issues and handle equipment maintenance and repairs. You will also guide clients on proper equipment use ensure compliance with safety standards and deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits for service maintenance and repairs
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems
- Install and oversee site repair work
- Prepare accurate service reports and maintain documentation
- Support team members and follow company protocols
- Build strong client relationships and address customer inquiries
Requirements- High school diploma or GED; technical certification required
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician preferably in construction
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Flexible schedule and willingness to travel
- Excellent communication problem-solving and customer service skills
