Provide expert guidance on project procurement management ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and develop tailored solutions.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform strategic procurement decisions.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain procurement documentation including contracts purchase orders and supplier agreements.
Implement best practices in operational procurement to enhance process efficiency and reduce costs.
Utilize Ariba Category Procurement tools to streamline procurement processes and improve data accuracy.
Monitor procurement KPIs and report on performance to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in procurement activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and outcomes.
Support the companys sustainability goals by promoting responsible procurement practices.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in supply chain procurement with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrate expertise in project procurement management and operational procurement.
Experience with Ariba Category Procurement tools is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and supplier performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
