Job Summary
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team and manage accounting operations for our clients in the UK region. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles excellent communication skills and preferably prior experience with UK accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end accounting for UK-based clients
- Prepare and review financial statements reports and reconciliations
- Manage VAT returns and ensure compliance with UK accounting regulations
- Perform month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with UK teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
- Work with accounting software such as Sage (preferred)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong accounting knowledge with hands-on experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Experience with UK accounting practices is an advantage
- Familiarity with Sage accounting software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field
