- Track and monitor drivers throughout their routes using advanced logistics software systems
- Maintain proactive communication with drivers in the field to ensure smooth operations
- Master multiple software platforms and CRM systems for comprehensive operational management
- Craft professional email communications to customers and internal stakeholders
- Provide direct customer support through various communication channels
- Deliver timely status updates and progress reports to keep customers informed
- Manage after-hours support operations with focus on quality over quantity
- Coordinate between field operations and customer expectations seamlessly
Requirements
- Proven experience as a dispatcher in the US logistics or transportation industry
- Strong background in customer support with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with logistics software tracking systems and CRM platforms
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently during after-hours shifts
- Experience managing multiple communication channels and priorities simultaneously
