Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase market share
Provide exceptional customer service responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing product development and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Stay up-to-date on industry trends competitor activity and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as established by management
Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

1-3 years of sales experience in the automotive parts industry or a related field
Proven track record of success in sales with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
Good team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Grade 12 or equivalent
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record (may be required for certain positions)
