Our client is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Healthcare Sales Executive to convert high-quality leads into scheduled dental appointments. You will manage warm leads from marketing campaigns conduct follow-ups and provide support to both English and Spanish-speaking patients. This part-time role offers the potential to grow into a full-time position with additional commission-based earnings.
Responsibilities:
Convert Facebook leads and marketing inquiries into dental appointments (target 6070% conversion)
Execute multi-touch follow-up campaigns to maximize lead conversion
Re-engage canceled appointments and schedule recalls for existing patients
Handle inbound patient calls regarding services pricing and availability
Manage lead and patient data using Boxly CRM and schedule appointments in CareStack
Provide seamless bilingual support in English and Spanish
Maintain detailed records of interactions follow-ups and conversion metrics
Collaborate with marketing agency to provide feedback on lead quality
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales cold calling and appointment setting with high conversion rates
Native or near-native fluency in English and Spanish
Knowledge of lead nurturing and multi-touch follow-up strategies
Experience with CRM and practice management software
Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
Healthcare or dental industry experience preferred
Strong communication relationship-building and organizational skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
