Job Summary
Commercial Flooring Foreman
Were looking for an experienced Commercial Flooring Foreman to lead installation crews within our growing flooring division. This position oversees projects involving LVT LVP sheet vinyl carpet tile stretch (broadloom) carpet and other commercial flooring materials. Work occurs throughout the Midwest with a focus on the greater Indianapolis area.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead commercial flooring crews on job sites
Plan coordinate and ensure timely completion of installation projects
Perform and oversee installation of various flooring types (resilient vinyl carpet and more)
Ensure high standards of craftsmanship quality control and site safety
Communicate effectively with project managers clients and crew members
Manage materials tools and jobsite logistics
Train and mentor newer installers to develop skill and efficiency
Address and resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of commercial flooring experience required
Previous supervisory or foreman experience leading crews on job sites
Skilled in multiple flooring types (LVT LVP sheet vinyl carpet tile etc.)
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest (overnight stays as needed)
