In this role you will be working as a Shop Foreman for the client that works in the structural steel industry. This position will be responsible for overseeing shop personnel to ensure efficient operations on shop floor.

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Pay; 75000-$85000/Yr.

5 years of experience working in a structural steel or miscellaneous metals fabrication environment
Experience managing a team
Responsible for hiring training preparing work schedules etc.
Monitor labor hours to ensure projects are completed in the hours estimated
Coordinate shop schedule with Operations Manager
Experience with AISC standards
