Job Summary
Design and manufacture new die plates and pre-die tooling for profile extruders.
Maintain and optimise existing extrusion dies and tooling.
Support the PE Engineer and Die Shop Coordinator with product and process industrialisation.
Perform quality inspections and implement corrective actions to improve yield and reduce scrap.
Operate and maintain CNC machinery including setup and programming.
Maintain proper documentation reports and process control records.
Uphold safety health and 5S housekeeping standards in the workplace.
Qualifications :
Toolmaker/Die Maker qualification or equivalent/ certificate in CNC operation and setup
3 years relevant experience
CNC Production Processes
Tool Manufacturing and maintenance
Experience in Tyre Manufacturing Environment will be an advantage.
