Job Summary
Our client in the telecom sector is seeking a Quality & Compliance Specialist on a contract duration of 6 to 12 months.
We are seeking a detail-orientedQuality & Compliance Specialistto oversee data quality assurance and regulatory compliance throughout a complex BSS Data Migration program. This role is critical to ensuring that migrated data meets integrity accuracy and auditability standards across customer product and billing domains.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with both the technical and operational aspects of BSS platforms as well as telecom compliance mandates and QA processes across the delivery lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with both the technical and operational aspects of BSS platforms as well as telecom compliance mandates and QA processes across the delivery lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7 years in data quality compliance or audit roles with at least 3 years in telecom BSS environments
- Strong understanding of data migration lifecycle including extraction transformation validation and cutover
- Experience with data profiling tools (e.g. Informatica Data Quality Talend Ataccama) and reconciliation frameworks
- Familiarity with telecom data domains and TM Forum standards (SID eTOM)
- Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR POPIA ISO 27001) and contractual compliance
- Excellent documentation stakeholder engagement and issue resolution skillsStrong communication documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Certification in Data Governance Quality Management or Compliance (e.g. CDMP ISO Lead Auditor)
- Experience in consortium-led delivery or multi-vendor transformation programs
- Exposure to Agile delivery models and quality assurance in iterative environments
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Quality Management or a related field.
