Description

Optimal on behalf of its client a well-established firm in the marine industry is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant based in Athens.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls and emails
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Welcome visitors and oversee meeting room arrangements
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records (both digital and physical)
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Assist in coordinating marketing activities
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office
