Job Description:

Terex Utilities is seeking a Shop Services Technician Intern. This hands-on paid internship will work with the Utilities Services team to service and repair a variety of mobile hydraulic equipment.

What You Will Do:

• Work with electrical hydraulic pneumatic mechanical systems within truck-mounted mobile equipment
• Learn diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques
• Utilize Services Software and other related computer programs
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on heavy equipment

What It Takes:

• 18 Years of age or older
• High School degree or GED
• Entry level experience or recent graduation froma Technical School that teaches technical skills related to trouble-shooting services and repair of truck-mounted hydraulic equipment
• Ability to work 40hours per week for 6 months
• Positive and safety-centered mindset and enthusiastic learner
• Strong shop math skills and mechanical aptitude

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Tool box equipped with basic tools

The compensation for this position is $22-28 hourly. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to location education work experience certifications etc.
