Job Summary
Team Technology Enablement
Working Pattern - Hybrid 2days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office.Full time 35 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
Youll design and optimise intelligent workflows using Copilot and Power Automate streamline agentic processes and embed AI into everyday operations. From hands-on support and training to promoting best practices youll ensure Copilot isnt just used its embraced.
Partnering with AI Enablement Consultants and Agent Developers youll help shape a smarter more efficient digital workplace and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Actions
- Copilot Rollout & Power Platform: Lead the deployment of Microsoft Copilot across M365 apps ensuring secure scalable implementation. Extend capabilities with Power Automate Power BI and more
- Agent Development: Build test and launch Copilot agents in Copilot Studio aligned to business needs
- System Integration: Connect Copilot with key platforms like SharePoint and Salesforce for seamless experiences
- Governance & Licensing: Manage licensing monitor usage and costs and uphold responsible AI practices
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues escalate to Microsoft when needed and document best practices
- Prompt Engineering: Design effective prompts using frameworks like GCSE to optimise Copilot performance
- Training & Adoption: Deliver training onboarding and workshops to accelerate AI adoption
- Monitoring & Optimisation: Track usage and feedback to drive continuous improvement and business value
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the go-to advisor on Copilot capabilities limitations and opportunities
- Knowledge Sharing: Maintain clear documentation and share insights across teams
What do you need to thrive
- Deep understanding of Copilot across Word Excel Outlook Teams SharePoint
- Experience building publishing and managing agents
- Proficiency in Power Automate Power BI and Power Apps for workflow integration
- Clear concise communicator able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience managing several ongoing projects or initiatives at the same time
- Familiarity with Azure services especially Azure OpenAI and Logic Apps
