The team
You will be part of a team of 3. The residential portfolio team are looking for a bridging loan portfolio professional to join our team. The successful candidate will enhance our borrower journey by providing support for our live loans until they redeem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 200 loans.
- Handle post-completion tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service via calls and emails.
- Maintain proactive communication with borrowers and brokers.
- Monitor loan performance manage arrears and recommend strategies for defaults.
- Instruct solicitors receivers and other third parties when needed.
- Forecast redemptions and liaise with Finance.
- Collaborate with Credit and Sales teams on security releases drawdowns extensions and new loans.
- Support business projects and audits with data compilation.
Qualifications :
Ideally youll have
- Essential: Real Estate loan experience; operational/customer service background preferred.
- Experience with solicitors asset managers and detailed loan documentation.
- Strong attention to detail organisation and communication skills.
- Highly proactive collaborative and customer-focused.
- Ability to present loan data and KPIs internally.
- Problem-solving mindset and process improvement approach.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritisation skills.
- Flexible resilient and team-oriented.
- Confident in challenging the status quo and driving change.
