Road to Hire is seeking exceptional mission-aligned talent to join its team as it pivots to a new chapter to position itself for new heights of success and organizational excellence.
The newly created Senior Director of College Success will lead the strategic direction operational excellence and team development of R2Hs postsecondary access and student success work. This individual will manage a multi-level cross-functional team including Senior Program Managers Student Success Coaches Program Managers and instructional staff all focused on helping students access persist and graduate from 2- 4-year colleges.
As a key member of the student success leadership team the Senior Director will drive organizational alignment to student success metrics oversee complex workflows across multiple institutions and partners and ensure programmatic consistency and quality at scale.
This role requires a leader with deep expertise in higher education or college access programming a strong command of data-driven leadership and a track record of managing large distributed teams in fast-paced environments. We are seeking a seasoned student success and people leader.

Location Requirements: This is a hybrid position that requires residence in the Charlotte region with required in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday. Seasonal weekends and evenings may be required to support student success efforts and outreach.
Compensation: $130000 annually

Post-Graduation Outcomes | Collaborate with Workforce & Innovation to bridge education and employment |
