The opportunity
Member of the payroll team that will ensure accurate processing of clients payroll.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and centralize all payroll supporting information;
- Recording all salary information in the HR payroll system;
- Salary calculations based on different salary schemas including the calculation of the payroll taxes;
- Preparing different reports and analysis required by law or by the clients.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels;
- Comfortable presenting to external and public audiences;
- Ability to work with external and internal customers to ensure quality of work professionalism and customer satisfaction;
- Flexible in terms of work environment and tasks undertaken;
- Comfortable with multiple client engagements and travel;
- Strong team player.
To qualify for the role the candidate must have
- Academic degree in Human Resources Management Accounting or related fields of study;
- A minimum of 3-7years work experience in the local payroll field (within a payroll consulting organization a plus);
- Fluent user of English (both written and spoken).
