Role responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing formatting and proofreading tender and bid submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Gather organise and maintain project information drawings and specifications to support accurate estimating.
- Communicate with internal teams and external suppliers to obtain quotations data and clarifications.
- Maintain trackers databases and records; schedule meetings; and help ensure deadlines are met.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the estimating function and develop knowledge within the pre-construction environment.
Role Requirements:
- 3 years experience in an office environment
- Ability to prioritise work requirements
- Proven experience of handling multiple tasks
- IT Skills MS Office packages and database experience
- Meeting tight deadlines.
