Our Dublin Project Management team is seeking an Project Manager to join a busy and growing group delivering large construction new build and refurbishment projects across sectors. As part of a dynamic and expanding group youll have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base across a wide range of commercial consultancy services.
With a secured pipeline of work this role offers opportunities for career progression exposure to high-profile schemes and the chance to play a key part in shaping client relationships while guiding and supporting the internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key client contact and advisor providing project direction and oversight.
- Provide leadership mentoring and guidance to Project Managers within the team ensuring procedures and best practices are followed.
- Undertake duties as Project Manager Employers Agent or Contract Administrator across a range of schemes.
- Monitor progress manage risks and ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to quality standards.
- Contribute to business development activities supporting the growth strategy of the London office.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Project & Development Services (PDS) team nationally and internationally.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in construction project management particularly in new build and refurbishment projects.
- Strong understanding of development processes contract administration and stakeholder management.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Commercially astute with an interest in contributing to business growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management or design software (e.g. AutoCAD MS Project) is desirable.
- A natural leader with the ability to mentor and support junior team members.
