Where does this role fit in

The role sits within the Asset Intelligence team and reports to the Asset Intelligence Manager. Youll connect data and insights across the organisation working with colleagues in asset management compliance finance health and safety neighbourhoods and sustainability. Youll also collaborate with external partners such as contractors consultants and local authorities to enhance the quality of data and support better services. As a Data Lead youll help create a supportive and high-performing environment.

What skills and experience do you need

We are looking for someone who can work with complex IT systems and analyse data to spot trends forecast outcomes and guide evidence-based decisions. You should have advanced skills in Excel and system integration with knowledge of housing quality standards such as WHQS23. Experience in leading projects managing people and working collaboratively across teams is key. A background in property refurbishment or retrofit decarbonisation is desirable with PAS2035 knowledge an advantage.

What are the pay and benefits

  • This is a permanent role for 37 hours per week. Salary is 51242
  • Base locations:SwanseaNewport orCardiff
  • We offerflexible working policies this is a hybrid role
  • Predominantly Monday to Friday with the option to request a compressed 9-day fortnight
  • A Basic DBS is required for the role which we pay for
  • 26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays rising to 30 days with length of service
