- Asks layered open-ended questions to understand and clarify Customers objectives and challenges beyond surface-leveldetail
- Builds relationships with multiple stakeholders (vertically and horizontally) across the Customersorganization
- Leads with Solutions not products when making recommendations aligned to Customer objectives
- Drives customer decision making by achieving shared vision and proactively consideringthe value props that tie all stakeholderstogether
- Thinks commercially and applies business acumen when crafting & negotiating commercialagreements
- Uses data and insights to support investment recommendations or overcomecustomerobjections
- Proactively mitigates churn risk by adopting a smart customer-centricapproach
- Engages customersthroughout to confirm and clarify value andadaptsastrategy whenneeded to optimizeROI
- Drives Customer growth by proactively identifying opportunities to deliver greater customervalue
- Applies business acumen in Account Planning by considering economic industry andcompany factors with aCustomer-centriclens
- Maps all key stakeholders in an account to assess the strength of the accountrelationship and createaccountoutreachstrategy

Basic Qualifications:
- 2 years of applicable sales experience
- Business fluency in Spanish English and Portuguese
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HRand/or E-Learningsoftware
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in a relatedfield
- Experience with SaaS platformand/or Dynamics
- Experience selling ITsolutions
- Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to createfairtransactions
- Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills
- Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategiesthat deliverresults
- Excellent communication negotiation and forecastingskills
- Demonstrated ability to find and manage high-level business in anevangelisticsalesenvironment
- Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuadeothers
- Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospectivebuyers
- Ability to orchestrate the closure of business with an accurate understanding ofprospectneeds
- Ability to include multiple partners and members of the company management teamusing competitive selling to position company products against direct and indirectcompetitors
