Job Summary

The Opportunity:
Reporting to the General Manager of CSL Behrings Brazil affiliate as the Associate Director Commercial Excellence you will lead strategic and operational initiatives to elevate commercial performance across CSL Brazil. You will play a pivotal part in optimizing resources improving processes and driving efficiency across key commercial functions. You will support a diverse portfolio including plasma-derived therapies rare diseases and iron products.

This is a hybrid role which offers a combination of an onsite and remote work schedule. #LI-hybrid

The Role:

Sales Force Effectiveness

  • Lead the deployment and optimization of Salesforce CRM ensuring high adoption and data accuracy.
  • Define and manage target setting sales bonus calculation and performance tracking.
  • Oversee customer segmentation targeting and territory optimization to maximize field force productivity.

Commercial Business Intelligence

  • Deliver actionable insights to Sales Marketing and Access teams through robust data analytics dashboards and performance reporting.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and monitor KPIs.

Demand Planning & S&OP

  • Own the forecasting process integrating inputs from commercial supply chain and finance teams.
  • Lead S&OP cycles ensuring accurate demand signals and supply alignment.
  • Minimize product write-offs and proactively manage back order risks through scenario planning and inventory optimization.

Customer Service Operations

  • Approve and oversee sales orders returns and re-invoicing processes ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and finance teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and enhance service levels.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Drive process improvement and area reorganization initiatives to optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency.
  • Lead automation projects across all areas of responsibility leveraging technology to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.

Your Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Economics Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Commercial Excellence Sales Operations or Business Intelligence within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce CRM forecasting tools and S&OP processes.
  • Strong analytical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Demonstrated success in process optimization organizational redesign and automation initiatives.

Travel Requirements:

  • Domestic and International travel may be required from time to time.
