We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Unarmed Shift Lead to oversee daily operations ensure compliance with site protocols and lead a team of security officers in a structured high-compliance Security Shift Leadis responsible for supervising and supporting security officers during their assigned shift. The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership communication and decision making skills as well as a firm understanding of access control and visitor management in a critical infrastructure setting.

Responsibilities:
- Enforcevisitor policy and access control protocols.
- Oversee proper ID verification badge issuance and escort procedures.
- Ensureverification protocols arestrictly followed.
- Coordinate with client employees and compliance officers for special visits or exceptions.
- Take corrective action when access control procedures are not followed.
- Ensure officers comply with post orders site security procedures and NDA guidelines.
- Support site audits inspections and compliance checks as needed.
- Uphold strict standards for appearance punctuality and equipment readiness.
- Prepare and submit clear detailed Daily Activity Logs (DALs) and Incident Reports.
- Model professional conduct and enforce accountability among the team.
- Greet and assist authorized visitors and staff with professionalism and hospitality.
- Maintain a highly visible alert and professional demeanor at all times.
- Lead and coordinate security response during emergencies alarms or incidents.
