At TA Services were growing fast and looking for driven freight brokers who are hungry to build their own book of business. Well give you leads tools and support to get started and the runway to grow into running your own team.
Schedule: Full-time Standard business hours (MonFri 8am5pm) with flexibility during peak times.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage your own book of business cradle to grave.
- Prospect and close new accounts while growing existing customers.
- Negotiate rates secure carriers and keep freight moving.
- Own your results and your rewards.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced team-oriented office setting.
- Occasional travel for customer visits or strategic meetings.
- A culture built on collaboration problem-solving and continuous learning.
Qualifications :
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (we value skills and performance over formal education).
Experience:
- Experience in freight brokerage (cradle to grave a must).
- Proven ability to build customer relationships and grow a book.
- Negotiation and relationship-building with both customers and carriers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with TMS platforms a plus.
Personality Traits:
- Highly driven competitive and money motivated.
- Strong communicator with a hunter mentality.
- Resilient adaptable and ready to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential.

Pay/Benefits/Perks
- Base salary ($55000$65000) up to 30% of your book
