We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our US staffing division. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives driving revenue growth and managing key client relationships across the United States. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in staffing recruiting solutions and workforce solutions sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the US staffing business.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across multiple industries and regions.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Lead mentor and manage the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Collaborate with recruitment delivery and operations teams to ensure seamless client service.
Analyze market trends competitor activities and staffing demands to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts reports and business plans to executive leadership.
Negotiate contracts pricing and service agreements with clients.

Proven experience (7 years) in sales leadership within staffing recruiting or workforce solutions.
Strong understanding of US staffing industry market dynamics and client needs.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Preferred:
Experience with enterprise staffing solutions and large-scale recruitment projects.
Established network of clients and candidates in the US staffing market.
