About You
As a person youre a learner a natural leader someone who is always reliable taking initiative to solve problems and teaming up with others to make things better for all. As a manufacturing professional you have strong mechanical aptitude and deliver high value to your team by operating equipment at expected performance levels and acting as a team player to exceed safety productivity and quality goals. Do you have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma GED Grade 12 certificate
1 years of continuous work experience within manufacturing or warehouse
Collaborate with cross functional production teams and work independent at times
Have basic computer knowledge mechanical aptitude and good math skills
Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts including nights weekends holidays and overtime
Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug background screening
Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
Core Responsibilities:
Safety quality and consumer focus All work activities and actions in the site are expected to be completed safely and with a high level of quality and customer focus.
Material preparation movement delivery and inspection
Waste stream and recycling support
Machine support through housekeeping 5S startup preparations manual stacking and loading
All other duties assigned to support machine effectiveness and efficiency

Starting Hourly Wage: $21.00 USD
At Kimberly-Clark pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve thrive and grow. This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year. Youll also enjoy a full benefits package including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan. Please note that the stated pay rate applies to US locations only.
