Job Summary
As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to help support business decisions. The successful candidate will have strong experience in statistical analysis and data modeling and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify trends and patterns in data. The Data Analyst will use modeling statistics trend analysis and other data analysis techniques to collect explore identify and analyze data.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Accountabilities
- Collecting and interpreting complex data sets from various sources such as databases spreadsheets and other systems.
- Conducting advanced analysis of structured and unstructured datasets using statistical tools and software such as R SAS or Python.
- Developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies that optimize data quality.
- Collaborating with teams to identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for business decisions.
- Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
- Identifying areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Experience Education & Skill Requirements
Bachelors Degree plus 4 years (or Masters plus 2 year orequivalent 6 years) of professional experience in data analysis or arelated field.
Experience in analyzing large volumes of data using Python SQL SAS R or similar programming languages. Experience in working with data engineers to define business requirements.
Experience using PowerBI or Tableau for data visualization. Exposure to prompt engineeringa plus.
Experience in A/B Testing and statistical analysis.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of financialmodeling and investment analysis (ROI CLV)
Skill in developing robust process flows.
Ability to lead track and communicate status of team initiatives.
Key Metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrate ability to be trustworthy and dependable.
