Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CRM Dynamics Developer to design develop and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation in Dynamics CRM (cloud and on-premises) experience in end-user support and the ability to translate business needs into scalable high-quality solutions.
Experience Level:
Experienced: 26 years of hands-on experience as a CRM Dynamics Developer including user support.
Senior: More than 6 years of experience as a CRM Dynamics Developer with proven experience supporting end users.
Academic Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
Technical Skills:
Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and support with strong focus on cloud versions and understanding of on-premises environments.
Proficiency in custom development using plugins workflows Power Automate custom entities and business process flows.
Good understanding of system configuration including forms views dashboards and security roles.
Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with internal and third-party systems via APIs web services and data migration tools.
Strong data management skills (imports exports migration and data integrity).
Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Development: Design develop and maintain custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform.
Customization & Configuration: Configure CRM to meet evolving business requirements and optimize user experience.
Support & Maintenance: Provide technical support for both cloud-based and on-premises Dynamics environments including troubleshooting user and system issues.
Integration: Implement integrations between Dynamics CRM and other business systems to streamline processes and improve data flow.
Data Management: Oversee data migration and ensure accuracy consistency and governance.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for solutions configurations and processes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize CRM performance and enhance business workflows.
