Essential Job Functions:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets while accommodating varied sales cycle and mentor a team of sales professionals providing guidance and support in complex sales a well-managed sales pipeline and continuously educate customers about products pricing and market and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term business market trends competitive landscape and emerging opportunities to identify new business prospects and with cross-functional teams to ensure departmental alignment and mutual within the sales process by introducing process improvements and new complex sales negotiations and participate in deal closings.
Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically 8 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 3 years in a similar roleProven track record in sales and sales enablementProficiencies in sales strategy development customer relationship management and market analysisA continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
