Graduate Engineer Programme Aerospace & Defence 2026/2027

Are you passionate about launching a career in the Metrology & Calibration industry with a keen interest in areas such as:

  • Exposure to Metrology in all its aspects
  • Bringing fundamental science into traceability for production
  • Programming of complex instruments to perform automation of calibration procedures
  • By innovation create robust metrology solutions to our customers
  • Optimization of existing calibration setup and routines.

Join us on an exciting graduate engineer programme where you will gain hands-on experience across various functions within our Metrology & Calibration business. Location of placement within our programme will be dependant on business requirements.

Responsibilities

What to Expect:

  • Exposure to diverse projects spanning design testing certification and production
  • Opportunities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams driving cutting-edge aerospace solutions
  • Collaboration with our Nordic & European sites with potential longer placements at other locations for candidates who are keen to broaden their experience

Skills / Qualifications

What Were Looking For:

  • Degree - MSc in Electrical Engineering Engineering Acoustics Engineering Physics or relevant engineering background
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for technical challenges
  • Methodical organised and able to work effectively to deadlines
  • Confident decision-maker able to prioritise tasks and justify solutions clearly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable delivering presentations and engaging with stakeholders
