About the Role
Grantek is seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer a technical leader and subject matter expert who shapes complex solutions drives innovation and sets the standard for engineering excellence.
As a Principal Engineer youll influence both client projects and internal initiatives providing guidance on best practices technical design and strategic technology decisions. This is a senior high-impact role ideal for a seasoned engineer with broad technical expertise strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
Lead technical efforts across projects as a senior contributor architect designer estimator or commissioning lead.
Provide thought leadership to the Engineering team advising on technology platforms solution design and best practices.
Collaborate across teams to share knowledge promote innovation and enhance the collective expertise.
Support proposal development and project execution ensuring adherence to budgets schedules and quality standards.
Mentor and train engineers and designers fostering professional growth and technical skill development.
Ensure a customer-focused approach addressing client needs and delivering exceptional experiences.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications :
Extensive experience as a senior engineer with a proven record of technical leadership.
Deep expertise across multiple technical domains relevant to Granteks offerings.
Strong experience in proposal support project execution budgeting and quality assurance.
Exceptional communication collaboration and mentoring skills.
Strategic mindset with a track record of problem-solving and guiding teams to deliver complex solutions.
Commitment to excellence in customer experience and delivering business value.
Travel as needed (up to 10%) for client engagements or internal initiatives.
