Position Description
The Sturm College of Law seeks one or more innovative knowledgeable and dedicated professionals to serve full-time as Career Consultants within its Career Development Office (CDO). Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Career Development and collaborating closely with other members of the CDO team Career Consultants work with students and graduates to develop effective job search strategies including without limitation understanding the evolving legal market preparing effective cover letters and resumes interviewing networking and securing legal collaboration with the Dean the Assistant Dean for Career Development the Director of External Relations and the Director of the Externship Program Career Consultants also work to strengthen and expand relationships with employers. They also assist in compiling employment statistics for the purposes of analysis and submission to outside bodies including the American Bar Association.

Normal hours are typically Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Some evening and occasional weekend hours are accordance with the Universitys flexible work policy this position is eligible to be considered for partial remote work. Further details regarding this plan will be determined with the hiring manager and are dependent on the division and team specific needs.

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $62000-$72000
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting.
