$10k for 2 years of specialty OR experience

*Internal and rehire candidates less than 1 year are not eligible for sign on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• A clinically competent registered professional nurse who prescribes delegates and coordinates nursing care to the hospitalized patient through the nursing process of assessment planning intervention implementation and evaluation.
• Effectively interacts with patient significant others and other health team members while maintaining ANA standards of professional nursing practice.
• This nurse functions in a leadership overseeing daily unit operations staff and care delivery utilizing a staff focused leadership model.

Qualifications :

Required:

• General: Recent hospital experience and/or previous nursing practice experience preferred
• Minimum: 3 years

Preferred:

• At least two years experience in pertinent clinical specialty.
• Education: General: Proficient in English.
• Verbal and written communication skills and computer skills required;
• Minimum: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN required.
• Licensure: General: Licensed or eligible for licensing in Illinois as a Registered Nurse;
• Minimum: LIC RN CERT BLS
