Hourly Pay: $17.50 per hour Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
Job Summary
We are looking for a cook who will be a working the pizza station. This role ensures that every order is made from scratch with fresh ingrediants while maintaining high standards of food quality safety and customer service.
What Youll Do
- Prepare Dough & Sauces: Make pizza dough and sauces from raw ingredients daily.
- Ingredient Prep: Slice and prep fresh toppings ensuring quality and freshness.
- Pizza Assembly & Cooking: Stretch dough build pizzas and cook to perfection.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep prep and cooking areas clean and food-safe.
- Inventory Support: Assist with stock rotation and ingredient ordering.
- Team Collaboration: Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and consistent quality.
- Independant Work: Must be comfortable working independently and managing tasks without supervision.
- Other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Experience making doughs sauces and prepping items.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing needs
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for portioning and inventory
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification (preferred)
- State Food Handlers Card required.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Physical and Sensory Requirements
- This job involves regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and a kitchen environment with fumes airborne particles and moderate noise. Employees must have the physical stamina to stand for long periods lift trays and perform repetitive tasks. Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions extreme temperatures and vibration may occur. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
