MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
For talent acquisition:
- Source and screen candidates through database online platforms social media etc.
- Schedule applicants for assessments and interviews
- Administer offline and online tests (aptitude special tests & job assessment tests) and generate applicant turn-out.
- Maintains and updates the applicant database & sends status update to applicants
- Conduct & document reference checking for hire of office candidates
- Coordinate with schools/universities for job postings graduate lists brand building activities etc.
- Create engaging publication materials for job vacancies online postings/promotions etc.
- Perform coordination tasks related to for hire job candidates:
- job offer medical exams & required documents
- new employee orientation including securing venue and facilitators schedule
- transportation and lodging arrangements for provincial new employee training in Manila
- documents like job description criteria for regularization bank and government forms
- work tools/supplies of new hires reimbursement of approved expenses like medical and airfare/bus fare and allowance issuance of provincial new employee training in Manila
- Facilitate on-boarding necessities such as bank account employee code internal e-mail address and new hire details
- Attend job fair
For Company Events/Trainings:
- Organizing company training and events
- Source and evaluate training materials and vendors
- Identify venues arrange accommodation and food
- Assist during actual events provide logistical support
- Conduct and process training and event evaluations.
- Conduct company orientations and corporate campaigns.
- Administer employee communication and updates; contributes articles to companys on-line magazine
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
- Research latest trends in employee engagement and retentions.
