Job Summary

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

For talent acquisition:

  1. Source and screen candidates through database online platforms social media etc.
  2. Schedule applicants for assessments and interviews
  3. Administer offline and online tests (aptitude special tests & job assessment tests) and generate applicant turn-out.
  4. Maintains and updates the applicant database & sends status update to applicants
  5. Conduct & document reference checking for hire of office candidates
  6. Coordinate with schools/universities for job postings graduate lists brand building activities etc.
  7. Create engaging publication materials for job vacancies online postings/promotions etc.
  8. Perform coordination tasks related to for hire job candidates:
    1. job offer medical exams & required documents
    2. new employee orientation including securing venue and facilitators schedule
    3. transportation and lodging arrangements for provincial new employee training in Manila
    4. documents like job description criteria for regularization bank and government forms
    5. work tools/supplies of new hires reimbursement of approved expenses like medical and airfare/bus fare and allowance issuance of provincial new employee training in Manila
  9. Facilitate on-boarding necessities such as bank account employee code internal e-mail address and new hire details
  10. Attend job fair

For Company Events/Trainings:

  1. Organizing company training and events
    1. Source and evaluate training materials and vendors
    2. Identify venues arrange accommodation and food
    3. Assist during actual events provide logistical support
  2. Conduct and process training and event evaluations.
  3. Conduct company orientations and corporate campaigns.
  4. Administer employee communication and updates; contributes articles to companys on-line magazine
  5. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
  6. Research latest trends in employee engagement and retentions.
