Youll join our Agency Sales team a collaborative and high-performing group that thrives on creativity innovation and delivering results. Reporting to the Head of Agency Sales youll work closely with media agencies and public relation companies to craft impactful campaigns that resonate across Northern Ireland.
This is a 12-month maternity cover opportunity where youll manage and grow a portfolio of agency accounts. Youll drive revenue build long-term relationships and champion Bauers digital audio solutions in a fast-paced exciting environment.
- Grow client base by identifying and securing new advertisers
- Retain and expand existing accounts
- Drive revenue through consultative selling and strategic campaign development
- Champion digital audio growth aligned with Bauers strategic goals
- Develop tailored advertising solutions for agencies and clients
- Deliver data-driven insights and campaign recommendations
- Provide excellent customer service and campaign support
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Proven experience in media advertising or B2B sales (radio/digital audio preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communicator with a passion for building relationships
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Analytical mindset with a flair for storytelling through data
- Self-motivated resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
