Job Summary

ARHS Group part of Accenture is looking for Senior Power Platform Adoption Coaches for one of its clients in Brussels a key player in the Belgian Banking domain.

Role & responsibilities

Supporting the adoption program for low-code citizen developers.
Acting as a coach guiding users in the effective use of Power Automate Power Apps AI Hub Copilot Studio and the broader Power Platform.
Designing learning paths and create educational materials tailored for citizen developers.
Writing articles and foster a community around low-code practices.

Qualifications :

Your profile

Proficient in French or Dutch and active knowledge of the other
Good knowledge of English
Proven experience with writing an article in NL/FR for a knowledge center(s) - towards a public of end-users
Proven experience with presenting topics (internally) or hold workshop or (classroom) training sessions in an autonomous way
Capable of playing coaching role towards non-experts empathy towards end-users

Technical skills

Excellent knowledge of the Power Platform in the context of Citizen developers
Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate
Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps Model-Driven Apps dataverse
Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps Canvas App
Good knowledge of AI Hub (AI Builder)
Good knowledge of Microsoft CoPilot Studio
Knowledge of Power Pages
Excellent knowledge of the M365 collaboration features (Teams SharePoint Onedrive Planner To Do Forms Stream Bookings etc.)
Good knowledge of the M365 communication features (Teams chat and calls Outlook Viva etc.)
Good Knowledge of iOS platform (on both iPhone and iPad)
