Job Summary
Were seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team at Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel on a casual basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves hospitality enjoys working in a team and delivering excellent guest experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Set up maintain and clear service areas in line with brand standards
- Assist with guest enquiries and ensure a positive dining experience
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Work collaboratively with the F&B team to maintain smooth operations
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in hospitality or F&B service (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Positive reliable and team-focused attitude
- Current RSA certification (essential)
