Job Summary
Pay Rate: $23.15 to $27.25 per hour
Purpose of Position:
To capture cost data for Flocks that are cleaned in the prior week. Prepare journal entries and period reporting as well as weekly reporting. Prepare Agristat information for grow-out operations weekly as well on a period basis. Will upload department data into Agristat database.
Essential Job Functions:
- Reconcile Weekly Feed Fuel and Utility Usage for Growout ranches
- Responsible for Weekly Performance Growout Reporting
- Reconcile Weekly Gasboy Fuel transactions for Collier Fuel Island
- Review and Validate Receipt of Weekly Ranch Packets from Ranch Supervisors
- Prepare Weekly Livehaul estimate and complete Monthly Livehaul report
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Agri Stats reporting
- Reconcile Monthly Growout Feed/Chick Inventories
- Responsible for Growout and Livehaul Period Close JE AAW and reporting
- Assist with annual budgets upon request from Supervisor
- Complete Ad hoc requests
- Miscellaneous office duties (Scanning Filing etc.)
Additional Functions:
- Settlement of Construction Maintenance orders in SAP
Qualifications :
- High School graduate or equivalent college coursework preferred.
- Three or more years of accounting experience.
- Strong Computer Skills SAP Mtech Cognos BW Excel Windows Word Outlook & Access.
- Ability to work within strict time frames in order to meet deadlines work independently and be able to work with all levels of management. Must have a high degree of organization and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be self-motivated resourceful and a quick learner.
