Were looking for a driven and analytical Junior AI Product Manager to join Tidio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a constantly evolving environment embraces change and is motivated by the challenge of building products that truly solve business problems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in AI product development and SaaS who is eager to learn and grow along with our product.
Responsibilities:
Help improve user retention for 3 to 4 AI agents in our disclosed project by understanding how users interact with them and identifying areas for improvement
Support the automation of customer support processes to help the team reach a resolution rate of 65% or higher.
Regularly analyze user feedback usage data and product metrics to guide feature prioritization and improvements.
Take an empirical data-driven approach to product development test measure and iterate.
Proactively communicate when a change in product direction is needed; let go of past decisions when evidence suggests a better path forward.
Understand business problems in depth and translate them into clear product opportunities.
Create (or learn to create) advanced prompts for AI models to improve product functionality and user experience.
Requirements:
1-2 year of experience in product management tech or consulting (Big4) - internships count!
Good data analytics skills and an eye for detail
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in SaaS products.
Interest in automating customer support to boost resolution rates.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Profficient Eglish - B2/C1 level
Team player comfortable collaborating with engineering and data teams.
Bonus points for:
basic programming skills (Python TypeScript)
