As Digital Innovation Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global operations. Your primary responsibility will be to identify analyze and implement automation solutions that streamline processes and enhance efficiency across our processes world-wide. This position is not just about managing technology; its about driving innovation and delivering tangible results that empower our teams worldwide.
About the Job
Leadership & Inspiration: Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals and tech enthusiasts. Foster an environment that encourages innovation collaboration and continuous learning. Cross functional influencing and leadership of IT teams and business teams.
Process Analysis and Documentation: Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation. Utilize data-driven insights to recommend strategic improvements that align with organizational goals.
Project Management: Oversee multiple AI and automation projects from conception to execution. Ensure that all initiatives align with Levi Strauss & Co.s broader business objectives while adhering to timelines and budgets. High focus on project governance and pmo activities.
Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop automation applications tailored to specific business needs. Your analytical mindset will help translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
Implementation Support: Assist in the deployment of automation tools ensuring seamless integration with current systems. Provide training and support to end-users fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions. Regularly analyze performance data to refine strategies and maximize ROI on automation investments.
Global Collaboration: Work closely with international teams to share best practices and leverage insights from diverse markets. Your ability to communicate effectively across cultures will enhance collaboration and drive successful outcomes.
Innovation Advocacy: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in automation. Advocate for innovative approaches that can propel our organization forward in a competitive landscape.
About You
Bachelors degree in economics Information Technology or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and optimization.
Experience with MS Power Suite Python Coding or other workflow tools.
Business Process Knowledge (Finance HR MPIM etc.)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
Fail early and learn fast mindset
Understanding of agentic AI and generative AI and ideally first experience with the implementation
This is ahybrid positionbased in our Warsaw office. You will be expected to be in the officethree days per week though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is PLN253100.00- PLN 337400.00 per year. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and our needs.
