HR director (HRD) for Randstad Poland

job context
As the HRD for Randstad Poland you are part of the national management team and have the overall responsibility for HR in the operating company with a clear expectation of providing all employees with outstanding HR service that is customer focused and drives engagement innovation and change. The position provides an exciting opportunity for those who want to work with strategic and operational HR in an international company and environment. The HRD is the business partner for the Managing Director providing relevant management information on HR to support and contribute to the opcos further growth and development. The role involves leading coaching developing the current HR-team ensuring they can realise their full potential. The position reports to the CHRO of the International Markets of Randstad.

your responsibilities include

  • You are responsible for translating Randstads global HR strategy to the opco in Poland

  • You are accountable for all people related topics

  • You lead guide and advice on the organizational development

  • You build effective partnerships with senior management to help drive their business and

  • support the organization as it strives to deliver against its business product and people
    strategies

  • You are a true business partner with proactive thinking an aim for optimization and are

  • able to discuss/tackle complex business issues with business leaders and translate

  • business needs into action plans and solutions

  • You are driving the implementation of the HR transformation in your opco

  • You are the trusted advisor for the stakeholders providing expert advice guidance and
    coaching to managers in all aspects of HR (e.g. recruitment L&D rewards)

  • You drive grow and facilitate people development in local the HR-team

  • You lead all major HR annual processes such as performance management compensation and bonus review people review process succession planning

  • You are data driven and bring analysis results to key stakeholders

  • You provide strategical tactical and operational services needed to meet business objectives and uphold company values

  • You collaborate with subject matter experts across all World Class Functions (HR / IT / Marketing / Finance).

your background

The successful candidate

  • has preferably 10 years of experience in HR and relevant educational background

  • has previous experience working in a fast paced (international) environment

  • has strong influencing skills and is experienced in solid business partnering

  • has strong business acumen and insights

  • has expertise/knowledge of the following areas: organizational development people development learning & development performance management and employee relations;

  • has strong communications skills both written and verbal (Polish and English)

  • courage to challenge: shows courage and confidence to speak up skilfully challenging others even when they are confronted with resistance or unfamiliar circumstances

  • business acumen: builds and delivers professionalism through combining commercial and HR expertise to bring value to the organisation stakeholders and peers

  • decisive judgment: demonstrates the ability to analyse and understand data and information quickly. Uses information insights and knowledge in a structured way to identify options make recommendations and make robust defendable decisions

  • curious: be future-focused eager to understand and open-minded; seeks out evolving and innovative ways to add value to Randstad.
