Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Laundry Executive to join our team in Lucknow India. As a Laundry Executive you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our laundry department ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train laundry staff in daily operations and procedures
- Manage guest laundry dry cleaning and pressing services according to department standards
- Ensure prompt and accurate handling of guest requests and staff laundry needs
- Maintain precise records of laundry lists and billing information
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment
- Conduct daily briefings and coordinate with other departments to meet organizational goals
- Implement and maintain safety and hygiene standards in the laundry facility
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Assist in evaluating staff performance and attendance
- Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laundry operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in laundry operations management preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on meeting guest expectations
- Proficiency in record-keeping billing and inventory management
- Knowledge of laundry equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with safety and hygiene standards in laundry operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and cleanliness
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication purposes
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Additional Information :
4-5 year of experience in branded hotels.
