Job Summary
How does your working day look like...
You are a brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and lead the Events & Groups department
Together with your two colleagues you coordinate meetings celebrations and conferences always building strong relationships with our clients to make every event unforgettable.
You manage your daily schedule independently and stick to agreements even when your calendar is full and your inbox is overflowing.
You keep an overview when every event space in the house is booked and the phones are ringing nonstop.
Together with your team you sell room allotments and ensure smooth communication between all departments.
You keep track of budgets deadlines and guest requests and always try to bring even the wildest ideas to life.
Qualifications :
Your personality counts more than your CV...
You have initial leadership experience in this field and speak good English.
You have the ability to inspire people with our concept and are a passionate salesperson not only to guests but also within the team.
Youre a doer and youre not afraid to admit when youve made a mistake.
You dont just bring your skills to the table but also your personality
